How do I place an order?

You can place an order through our website securely and safely.

How long does shipping take?

Once you place your order, we will process your order the same day and have it sent out, our average shipping time is between 7 – 14 days.

What's your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 day period, we understand that some customer may not be able to return products within that period so we ask that you send us proof that you have shipped it out within the 14 day period even if the product arrives after the period we will still accept it. All returns/exchanges must be unused, unworn and in their original packaging undamaged. Customers are responsible for the safe return of the products at their own cost

We offer both Japanese Quartz and Automatic movements. please check our collection to see which watch best suits you.

You can check the status of your order on our website and through the email link we send you after your order is confirmed.

You can check prices of individual watches on our website through the currency selector. Choose the country you are in and it will automatically convert the price to your local currency.

Yes, we will be releasing new straps very shortly. Please subscribe to our newsletter and you will be the first to know when we release them.

Yes, all our watches are waterproof. please check individual watches to see the specific depth and range.

Do i have to pay customs or import fees?

All products are shipped from Manchester, United kingdom. Sultan Watches are luxury watches and customers are responsible for any import or custom fees.

Do you have a money back gurantee?

Yes, we have a 14 day money back guarantee. If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please email us on info@sultanwatches.com and we will refund you.

How to set up your watch

All Sultan watches come ready to be worn from day one. Remove the protective packaging from the face, back and crown of the watch and the watch will be set for you to wear.
